where to buy a title?

im trying to get a title for my model a pickup. it looks like it will be going to switzerland, and i need a title fast. i tried the companys that advertise in the rod magazines and so far ive gotten a fax machine , and 2 answering machines . and no return calls.. who have you guys had good luck with? thanks for any help Dave
