Where is the strangest place you went on HAMB at? Currently in Vietnam....

At 30,000 feet up with airplane wi fi on my ipod. Nothing kills time like catching up with the HAMB family for 4 hours.

 

Hawaii I suppose, I don't get out much.

 

I'll be in the Dominican Republic in a month,I know dam well I'll be checking in!

I was but I'd like to go back now and see it without a 60 laying across my lap.

From looking at Google earth a lot of the names of places may have been changed.

I couldn't find Quang Tri Either the city or river.

 

I checked in from Ecuador a few years ago , ZERO hot rodding going on there !

I just got back last night from Tunisia, Jordan, and Saudi Arabia, logged in to the HAMB in all three countries (didn't see any hot rods or customs in any of them, though).

Quang Tri Province was the scene of some of the fiercest ground fighting of the American war, especially from 1966 to the end of the war in 1975.

A lot of names here have changed. I think it would be a great trip to take if this area was a part of you life.

would have to be at Chichen Itza Mayan ruins, followed by Progreso, St. Thomas USVI or in my drum cage between songs..

I would highly recommend China Beach. (actually named ,.."My Khe" Beach near Da Nang)

 

I travel a lot for my job. Right now I am on from Malaysia. This past year I've been in Thailand, Taiwan, Cambodia, and Spain. I've been on the site from all those places.

interesting, who would want to go to that 3rd world shithole, my time there was good enough for me in 1970. especially underway off the coast of da nang watching the night flares and the tracer rounds from puff and the huey gunships.
