I got a buddy looking for a fuel sending unit for a 69 chrysler newport. HE says it has a 383 two barrel if that helps. JUst need to find a good source. Thnks Guys
Here's a web site that helped me on my Chrysler questions www.moparts.com. Good board for Chrysler problems as well as parts.
I had a 69 newport and needed a heater fan selector switch. I just called my local Dodge dealer and they were able to get me a number for someone that had that part listed. Hope this helps. Jonney
yeah, year one has some parts for c bodies, good stuff too. not to steal the thread, but ive got a 69 newport convertible, and i was wondering if anyone knew of a source for sheet metal or patch panels for the front fenders.
Jeff Carter AKA J C Restoration 425-672-8324 www.jcauto.com He only deals with MOPAR..........OLDBEET
I was looking for year one's website. Does any body know something about their old distribution site? I am also looking for some parts for c bodies.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VadA...26FE11DD9&playnext=1&playnext_from=PL&index=5 http://www.antiqueautosupply.com/ Give them a call. Tell 'em what you want. They'll call you back in a few hours. Great people.
You can't get one of those from like Autozone or Napa? The cross on that has to run to about every fullsize Mopar from '69-'73, it's not like you need a hubcap for a Tucker. I should add that if you're talking the tank sending unit with the fuel pickup? They're not cheap. One for my late model Suburban was $110 a couple years ago.
Related, I've been trying to find replacement wheel dust/grease cap/covers for my 53 Desoto. Anyone know a source?
Also try Rock Auto, I have picked up a few parts for my 79-300 there. For used try http://www.wildcatmopars.com/ .
