I want to bag my truck on the cheap. So i need some airbags and will piece this all together.

Also any info on constructing your own system would be helpful?

You mean like a junkyard solution?

How about the rear airsprings from a Lincoln MkVIII or a Town Car?

Using junk yard air bags sounds about as desprate as using junk yard belts and radiator hoses.

And on another thought, Never take and use brake parts off a car that has front end collision damage!

    Minitruckers are notoriously cheap.

Firestone bags, new, from $59 each. They have a huge 5 page ad in the front of the new MiniTruckin magazine with all sorts of parts for an air ride system. Most of us aren't into minis, but we can still use their buying power... ;)

Don't go cheap when it comes to Bags. You don't wanna be stuck out on the highway when your bag blows a seam. Buy the Slam Specialties Bags. I think they are up to 4-ply now. Cost you about $100-$130 for the rear, but well worth it.
