Only thing I could think of at the time. Wish I could change it now to something really cool. I want to be cool like Fonzie!

thepolecat- I teach middle school technology and my teams for our various competitions are polecat racing (or polecat something). we steal that from Lockheed martin who had the skunk works (we have the polecat works). we have our own in house machine shop for all the competitions from F1 in schools to Project 47 to different robotics competitions.

Got mine from a Kurt Vonnegut character, who won't be needing it any more.

I love Harrison Bergeron (the Story) no matter how hard we try to be the same, we are all different.

When I was young people would ask me if I wanted to be a cowboy when I grew up. I would politely tell them "No, I want to be a cowman!' The name stuck. Funny thing, even though I have owned cattle all my life I've never considered myself to be a cowboy kind of guy.

tathata is the Sanskrit word for the "appreciation of reality within a unique moment."

Yeah, that's what three semesters in graduate school for a masters in philosophy will do for you.

Yeah, I know- a little on the fagola side. Eh, "tathataboy" it NEVER shows up as already taken for a username. Huh, wonder why....

I think mine speaks for itself, but I'll explain it anyway. I love 1937, 1938, 1939 Zephyrs. Coupes to be exact!...

Not because I like ratrods. A lot of the parts I run on my cars come from the steel recycle pile at the garbage dump. I take them and use them or trade them.

Mine is just a breakdown of by birth date, which is also the birth date of my hero and fellow countryman, Bruce McLaren. 30th of August. 30 + 8. Pretty dull really, means nothing to anyone except me. By complete coincidence, I'm also building a 38 Ford coupe.

Pretty simple actually. I live in Georgia and have always idolized the old Shiners who used to run liquor down country roads at 140mph. So when I got my project car I wanted to do a tribute to those guys, by putting in a big ass engine, lowering the car, and keeping the outside basically stock. The Royal comes from my project being a '55 Dodge Royal.

I think in 1998 I needed a name for a hotmail account my daughter insisted I needed. Told her to come up with a name, and she said NRANUT fit me to a T.
It's a different era now, and it doesn't describe me that well anymore. But the name and email account are 11 years old now, and they're here to stay.
