    You actually have to tape it all out. That's why custom paint jobs are so much $$. ;)

    Go to second hand stores, Goodwill etc. That's where I found mine...

    Do a search. Google is your friend. There is WAY more out there than what you can find at box stores like JoAnns.

    Estate sales. I bought sliding glass door lace curtains, shears, for $5.00.
    They're 6' x 8'. Plenty enough to play with, then one for points.
    I've played with it and its interesting. Not being a painter its a steep learning curve.
    Just more fun garage time when you could be doing something useful.

    I saw a friend do a lace paint job on a motorcycle. It looked surprisingly easy.

    We have lace curtains in the dining room and living room. If I remember we bought them at JC Penney pretty cheap.

    I used the 8 foot Train off of my ex wifes wedding dress back in 1970, If I remember right, that might be one of the reasons that she is my EX wife!!
