When is the PIR show in indy

There are some conflicting dates here. I thought it was next weekend, the weekend of the 28'th.

Anyone here going?

 

That's when I have written down, 27-29. Supposed to go but my my wife has a birthday that weekend so we'll see.

 

I think the SEMA site lists it as Mar 5,6. I thought it was next weekend.

Is this the same show?

The PRI (Performance Racing Industry) show in INDY is the first week in December. I know cause I was there. Steve Lewis puts it on. He also puts on the Hot Rod & Performance show. I went to the very first one and haven't been back. I hear it's bigger now but not that great.

 

Then what is the March show?

 

Yep, that one flew right past me. The The Hotrod & Restoration Trade Show, http://www.hotrodshow.com/, is the one coming up. The PRI show is over and much bigger. There was some talk of the PRI show pulling out of Indy due to space limitations, the rod and resto show has all kinds of room to grow. The March show is a SEMA show.
