Starting a Buick drum to a 46 -48 ford hub. Article says use a NAPA wheel stud 640-1070.

NAPA doesn't show this part number, and the article doesn't give any hint as to what they
    are for.

Anyone have any ideas as what this would cross-reference to?

    Thanks,

    jim

That sounds like a Dorman number.

That's a real old Napa Balkamp number.

  7. Why not locate a new bolt pattern and drill and tap the hubs for 1/2" SAE thread and use tap bolts for studs; like the aftermarket outside flange hubs are done.

I use Dorman 348. They need to be shimmed a little as the serrations are a little long. I use drilled out washers.
