What color would you paint the wheels / hubcaps?
Excuse me, but paralysis by analysis has taken over.

    Red :D:D:D

Why not match the body color and go with Chrome caps or Spider caps?

I stripped one of the caps to metal and painted the center for looks.

amost anything, but red for wheels. Leave the hubcaps off till you can get something with chrome.

    ......and chrome trim rings!

  6. Paint the other caps like that (coat them in clear!), and run trim rings. Paint the wheels off-white or khaki tan.

  7. body color, but NOT red. I know, mine are close to red (candy brandywine) but I was planning on running that color on my car at one point and sprayed the wheels first to get an overall feel. I have changed my mind, and the stock wheels aren't staying.

i'd paint them black and keep the caps white.

or paint them ivory and body match the caps.

i really like the way the caps came out. I was going to rub 'em with Gibbs. That stuff is amazing!

    Thanks for the ideas.

Do the other 3 like that and paint the Wheels Body color and install a chrome Trim ring.

The Truck sits at the Stock height, and there is nothing wrong with the Stock wheels.

When you lower the truck, that's when you change it up.

I've got a Chevy stepside that is going to have stock caps, I'm planning to keep the wheels and the caps white, and just highlight the bowtie and the surrounding circle like you have on the stripped cap.

Those bare metal caps aren't going to hold up, probably not even with Gibbs. They used to make those in chrome from the factory, and I think LMC or one of those truck places makes new chrome ones, so if you want that look, I'd buy some chromed ones and sell the painted ones. I've had a couple sets of the painted ones and they still bring decent money, probably half the cost of new chromed ones.
