It depends what mood I'm in, but it's a fair toss-up between the following:
- The Cramps "Customized"
- Ministry "Jesus Built My Hot Rod"

I'm sure there's many more great ones, but those two always come to mind for me.

But I think that my favorite car song is Ballad of Thunder Road (Whipporwill) , the original song done as done by Keeley Smith in the movie. It has the feeling of the times and area....
