I'll be 63 next month and just started a 36 humpback project. I really like to see the young guys get involved with the old iron. It take character (and characters) to keep the old cars rolling.

I bought my first hot rod ('29 Ford Tudor Sedan) when I was 50. I'm 55 now and have a '32 Ford truck. I had to wait until the kids were finished with college to have any money for hot rods.........but it was worth the wait - on both ends !!!!!!

I am 73 years old and own a 1933 and a 1934 Chevrolet. I just read all the posts and see I am in the minority. I never would have guessed it. With all those younger guys there probably is hope for the Hot Rod hobby.

I'm 67 and trying to finish a 34 ford pick-up and have 2 sons 42 and 40 involved in cars, as you said it is great to see the number of "young" people involved. One of the disappointments I have though is none of my granddaughters seem interested!
