What's my dad's flathead worth?

Time to move on. I'm not going to have the time or money to put it back on the road and a local guy wants it. I'd like some advice in putting a value on what's left of the engine.

Engine came out of a '40 Ford coupe that ran around Amarillo, TX until the OHVs got sorted out. Dad then bought it to put in a Ford 3-ton grain truck:rolleyes: when I was too young to drive. Never got in the truck -- he went OHV too. (Wish I had the coupe, but that's another sad story)

Engine sat for a while in the car, then in the shop, then in the new shop, then in the storage building, etc etc. At some point the mice moved into lifter valley and valves are frozen. Some one left the hood up on the car and rain got in one cylinder and piston had to be driven out. Don't know how deep cylinder is scored; advice on figuring that out would be appreciated.

    No cracks in critical areas.

    Goodies:

    Weiand 4x2 intake
Edmunds Custom aluminum heads (center water hose connection)
59A Block was bored and ported
    Stroked crank (spare crank included)
    aluminum pistons (balanced)
    rods (may be iffy)
flywheel, clutch, water pumps, oil pump, oil pan and other related parts.

Naturally I want as good a deal as I can make, but with the emotional baggage I'm not sure I would be a good judge of what's reasonable.

Opinions on value from knowledgeable folks are welcome.
