What year Panel?

Found this in my travels, and was wondering.. I'm pretty sure it's a '39 or '40, but am just curious-

 

40 or41 , 38and 39 have an oval shaped grille.

 

i would also say '40 or '41

 

40 or 41, I have a 38(looks same as 39) I'll sell for a whole lot less than 3850. It's listed in the classifieds.

 

By looking at the center molding, on the hood, i would say 1940....Ed
