What year is this Pontiac Spare Tire Cover?

    I picked this up in the woods and brought it home, Yes I had permission from the owner.

    Maybe from the 40's?

    I would say late mid to late 30's. Side mount and rear mount tires were almost all gone by 1940.

    I think 1933. It was the last year for that style hubcap and I believe the first year for a full spare tire cover. Nice find.
