I have a closed car frame & glass that I purchased. I was told it was for a '35 coupe. I found out it's not, it's to small.
Then I was told it's for a '35 pickup, but now I'm being told it's not for a pick up either.
Can someone please tell me what it may be for.
Its 42" long X 13 3/8" tall from bottom of frame to top of frame.
    Thank you,
    Joe

  5. 1935 Chevrolet coupe, Mercury Series ? The Mercury series was smaller than a standard series. Helped a friend about 30 years ago on a sedan and after having to alter a bunch of standard stuff to fit, then we found out about the Mercury series of cars. Fairly rare too. As an example the rear pan was about 2-3 inches narrower than a standard.

Chevrolet cars don't have framed glass.

Sure looks like a 35-36 closed car windshield. I do not have one left to compare the size to though. Rod
