Probably the easiest fix will be a set of generic screw-on caps, but you'll have to drill the wheels for them. Most wheels of that type used cheesy plastic caps that just snapped in, the tabs tend to break off and they disappear...
they take a push in from the back steel cap. Looks like a AR outlaw II wheel, but lots of other wheel manufacturers built a similar wheel in the 1980-90's
