I am hoping someone here can tell me what this headlight is from It’s 14” long and
8” in diameter. Thanks for any info you guys can give me

I noticed after I posted the pics The measurements look off. They are indeed 14” long and 8”diameter Thinking of making a set out of carbon fibre just for kicks.

Lots of late 30's rigs had headlights quite similar to that one. I've got a pair off a 36 Dodge in the shed that have a similar shape. Could be one of a hundred though.

 

I would say...from the looks of it, its from a scrap pile...☺

 

Yeah I figured the possibilities would be many.

As far as scrap pile. Nothing is scrap just pieces in need of help looking for a home.

apart from the rust and snow, it looks like 37/38 Chevy (mounted on the sides of the grille shell).

 

It could also be from a '37 Studebaker. It looks pretty close to the headlights that were on the '37 Coupe Express that I used to have.
