I saw this thing on gasser madness and, being a yank and all, i can't quite figure out what it is... not real important, but it's drivin' me nuts not knowing... since i think i have to know everything.. your help is appreciated.
It's BAD TO THE BONE is what it is! Some sort of an English or German Ford product? A Prefect or Taunus or something like that?

It's really a bone-stock '62 Henway 'Glyptodon' sedan....with the factory optional chopped top and the semi-rare, Henway-dealer installed 'Gasser' package! Honest!! Sure is a Mk1 corty, used to be a heap of them on the roads over here. They are a cool little car thats for sure.
Yep, the Lotus Cortina - It had a Twin cam head on the 1600 block. Used for circut racing more than rally and was sold as a street car as well.
I had one back in England, it was stolen, they nicked the Cosmic Superslots except the one with a locking wheel nut, then they smashed it to pieces and left it for dead in a Jewish cemetery, this was in Leeds in 1980, it was a really nice car.
