Technical What is it?

Trying to figure out what this fender is. The shape says '36-'38 something, but the headlight stand (if that's what that is) is unfamiliar....

 

Mopar, 36-37 Dodge? Circle under head light support is not familiar to me, but Dodge looks like the fender. Iceman

 

1935 Chrysler Airstream V8 CZ is my guess

Yes....1935 Plymouth. Those are trumpet horn holes....
