It is worth a dollar in scrap. Looks like a riding lawnmower rear axle.
On a side note I hate the 1$ listings... put a fucking price on the ad.
I'm pretty sure you are right.
Looks like a sprocket on the left, for a chain drive to rear load bearing axle. Brake drums for a contracting band.
OLD...Worm gear drive
Could be from an old (early 20th century) chain drive truck. They were configured with a frame mounted drive axle ahead of the load bearing axle and worm drive was common in that era.
Could be old factory belt drive system, a lot of that 100 years ago
