What happened to the Art & Tech Archives?

What happened to the Art & Tech Archives on the bottom of the main page?

The tech archives exist because when Ryan changed formats in 2005 or so these great old tech threads could not be converted to the new thread format. So, he put them in an "archive" just to save them.

Now, when the hamb went to the new format Ryan was able to convert and save these threads so that they could be reopened again... and exist as regular threads. So, all of those threads are now back in the regular forum. If you would like to see them. Do this:

1. Go to the main forum here.

2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the tab that says "display thread options" like so:



3. Change the prefix drop down to "technical" and then click "set options" like this:



This will limit the forum to only "technical" threads.Ryan posted this in 2014. HRP
