Hot Rods What do these fit ?

I got these in with some things I bought and have no idea what they fit. The grill is marked 38 Desoto but that must be wrong from what I see online. Any help would be great .

 

...perhaps the Chevron shaped piece are part of 40 Nash grill...the horn ring see below...

It's funny with the V in the horn ring...it looks like the V slipped out and they glued on another one...but that's factory...

Thanks Stogy, The only thing I related the V to was a Caddy but I knew that wasn't a Caddy part. The grill I will look at closer.

 

The V thing is instantly recognizable, if you read the wrong literature as a kid
