Red on red '59 Impala two door. It was a wedding gift from my grandparents to my parents, actually a bribe so that they would graduate college before getting hitched. I popped out 2 years later. We kept the car until '68 when we moved from California to NY. Mom got a crappy used green Rambler wagon. Talk about culture and car shock.

55 Chev Belair Sports Coupe 265 powerglide India Ivory and Turquoise. Dad sold it in 65 for a 65 Biscayne (I still have it) for 400.00 with 29000 miles on the clock, I tear up every time I think of it.

I think it was a 1959 Edsel Corsair 4 dr hardtop back in '68. Pops just junked it about 4 years ago I think.

'59 Dodge Sierra wagon, 361 poly, push button trans. ,my oldest brother drove it to high school in 1975. It died before I had a chance to drive it by myself. But I did drive it sitting on my mom's lap when I was 7 or 8.

Dec 15 1984 I came home from the Hospital in an original, not hot rodded, 1931 Ford Standard Phaeton. Mind you this was in central Ohio. My dad got me started right. He still owns the car too.

  24. 1938 Plymouth 4 door. Later when I was about 2 or so the back door came open and I almost fell out so my Mom made my Dad get rid of it and forbid him to ever have another 4 door until I was full grown.

Brand spanking new '53 Ford 2 door sedan (dark blue). It's only accessory was a V8. Still hooked on dark blue, but usually the bowtie brand.
