    Could be British Racing Green?

  3. Seems to have that BRG hue, but I'm wondering if our eyes and brains are being tricked into thinking that because the wheels look like XKE knockoff wires. See if you can get a color sample of BRG and Rock Moss Green (standard Ford Model A/AA color) side by side and then figure if you want something in that range.

Looks a bit darker to me, but light can play a big effect. This roadster I had was Jag BRG. IMG_0215.JPG

Just read an article in the Goodguys Gazette about the car and its builder the Hot Rod Garage in Sand Springs OK and it said it was painted Jaguar Racing Green using Sherman Williams products.

Do you mean the 3W coupe? If it's so i don't think it's the same car...

  11. It looks like 1929 Ford Niagara Blue to me. Check out car doctor's 32 5 window coupe.

32's need to be painted black. Lighter and metallic colors make them look like something they are not.

I think it's the same car by the wheels and it was judged for street rod of the year?

  18. Niagra is Canadian and Washington is USA:rolleyes:

  19. Dave's car is drop dead gorgeous and the color is beautiful.

I have seen it a few times and pictures don't do the color justice. HRP

  21. The question of what color is it... is MOOT. You can't take a "picture" of a car...then match its color
with printer's-ink. A downloaded "picture" will look substantially different than standing next to the real
actual COLOR. The paint industry currently offers modern pigment chemistry. A "neat" bright RED
from 20 years ago might look great in daytime...but look washed-out like tomato-soup red at dusk.
The modern Red pigments will look good day or dusk. Paint stores will let you look at Generic
paint chips (Dark greens for example) Then if you are curious you find out what cars the color you
    picked was offered on.
