Are any of you running 2x4 392, if so could you post a picture of your setup and list all the specs. The setup had to look traditional why obviously I don't run one hood! Thanks in advance Luca <!-- / message --><!-- sig -->
you need to give more information to get an answer ... how radical is the engine? ... if it is a mild street engine I would run the Edelbrock AFB knockoffs ... you can get them set up for dual quad operation ... plus as small as 500 CFM-s ... total of 1000 cfm for mild hemi is a lot ... but looks cool and will run trouble free ...
Here are a few shots of mine over the years Carter 600cfm, iirc. '57 392 9.25:1 cr, mild cam electric choke, new motor on the engine stand, same setup
For traditional, there is always the factory 300 intake, with original Carter WCFB carbs. I think they are rated about 400 cfm.
Aww I forgot, sorry. The engine is 0.060 over and pretty stock! For the intake I just have a weiand 2x4 intake.. I only need two trad rebuilded carbs for the beast fire up! Luca
