Lurked on and off for many years, mostly to follow the adventures of Squirrel.
    2018 04 29 - Lowell, AZ - Low res.jpg
1962, dechromed (holes not filled), spun aluminum wheel covers (with screws), disk brake conversion uses pre-1965 parts. Some of the hidden details are off-topic, personal finances and the notion that "Traditional hot rodding" involves flouting tradition..., comes to play.

Looking thru the HAMB, the Volvo PV-544 posts sometimes survive the period correct police. The hot rod sports car thread survives, as well as some posts by Squirrel.

Near as I can figure out, "Off-topic complaints" depend on if the prunes are working today...

It puts a smile on my face, "HAMB acceptance" is optional.

p.s. The location is Erie Street, in Lowell district of Bisbee, AZ. A real HAMB friendly location.

I had 28-29 crusty AA cab. Turned to be more than I could handle and sold it to have a better starting point. I started building a 32 chassis this spring.

I was driving a '78 Mustang II Rallye, factory V8 four speed with T-tops and had just bought a 1952 Plymouth Cambridge 4dr. Had no idea how anything was supposed to work on a 6v, positive ground, master cylinder under the floor, but had it all figured out pretty quickly here. MII is gone, Cambridge is gone, Falcons are gone....

Just the 48 that I have had since March of 73 except for about a year and a half gap in the mid 70s when I sold it because I wanted a 55/56 Big window and ended up with a 57 panel. Traded the panel back for the 48 after driving it for a while.

I joined when I purchased my first real street rod, 39 Pontiac. I still have it and will never get rid of it. Though it defiantly didn't look like this when I bought it. lots of B.S.T.
