Don't know if it's too late to post but I like the show over across from the Santa Fe casino every Sunday morning starting at about 7am till about noon. Great bunch of people and you never know what will show up. Nice laid back atmosphere. Everything from Vintage bikes to lowriders to drag cars and everything in between. Another cool but freaky place to go is the auto restoration shop out at Indian Springs Prison. Went out there to take a tour with the Las vegas Model a Ford club and I was really impressed with the work they do there. And the guys there were all really cool. Thought we might get a little attitude by invading their space but they loved showing us what they do. They also have a Custom Chopper bike building shop out there also. Not quite Orange Co, Chopper but beautiful bikes at about half the price as Orange Co. Bikes. You have to make special arrangements to see it though. Very tight security there. I was ready to leave after a couple of hours though. Funny thing about Vegas though, either there is nothing going on or there is like 5 shows in one weekend.lol.later Doug

Thanks Doug, the sunday morning shows sound perfect. The wife had Shopping penciled in then. I don't think she has the Indian Springs prison visit penciled in though, lol. But you never know. Thanks man!

If you get anywhere around the Orleans, take a run south on Cameron, (The road just to the west side of the Orleans,) go to 5373 Cameron, all you will see is a little quadrangle, about half a football field size, but if you go to the back,. right side and Ask for Art or Sherry. introduce yourselves and nicely ask to see the museum I am fairly sure they will take you thru Arts Private 150 car collection of Street Rods, Hot Rods, Muscle cars, and alot more. All are finished cars. just opposite his office is Nostalgia Street Rods, they build street rods and hot rods.
Art's collection and his history , which is quite extensive, was recently featured in a local underground Rod Magazine. 'Sunday Slacker'

Slightly OT but do they allow tours into the Dam itself like before? I took the tour (again) in late 2007 and all you got to see was the generator room from above.
I was in Las Vegas in 1970 the night they were filming the Mustang chase sequence from the Bond film "Diamonds are Forever" in the Downtown lights area.
