Projects What came first , the chicken wire or the lining

I have a closed car roof kit for my 31 A which contains -
Top material
Padding
muslin lining
but nowere in the installation guide does it tell you were the muslin lining goes !
so does the chicken wire go on first followed by the lining , then padding
or does the lining go down first followed by the chicken wire ?
