I believe I was told that is for the Gassers............I could be wrong and if so I TOTALLY UNDERSTAND but won't be able to make the trip............I run TOP ELIMINATOR LOL. (Exhibition) Thank You for the Heads-Up, I'll make sure before I make the Trip.

  2. We were aware that Rocky wanted to use it and we made an exception, specifically for Rocky, because of what he is trying to do. He kept it on the down-low so few if any (besides us) knew.

Rocky's Evil Twin is the ONLY exception on the NO NITROUS rule that will continue to be enforced.

I was just stating the rules, I don't enforce them and hope I didn't come off as being negative bringing it up. I saw a gasser last year open up his trunklid and turn his tank on in the staging lanes. That's not what this event is about at all and glad for you they are letting you do it. It was great seeing your runs last year. Bill

If it wasn't for this event my car would still be on jackstands

No, no, no Bill! I'm glad we cleared it........The Meltdown Drags is a FANTASTIC event and a tremendous amount of work, Trust me I know, if the guys would of had to enforce it on me I would totally understand and worked on Superchargers for next year......probably wouldn't have happened tho

Lots of fitting up,grinding, welding, and more grinding tonight......A few more hours of this and I should be done with front end mods.

Then I get to redo some brake and fuel plumbing, and start working on 100 other little things before I get to the fun stuff that makes horsepower.

Here's what I got done tonight:

Looking great Scott. Just keep thinking about reading "Famoso Mob" on my trunk lid....that should be enough motivation.

So Jeff....I guess the real question is,"Why are you going to be running down the track in reverse?"

  24. Giggling hysterically! Most of that sting was meant for the other guy. Sorry for field goaling your click clacks. One the brighter side, I actually like some Pinto drag cars, but the Meltdowns don't have a vintage Pro Stock class so go easy on the hot wrenching Ken.., uh, I mean Scott. :)

Moon tanks remounted. Moving on to the front shock mounts. Then it should be going in for the roll cage in two weeks.

There are some pretty evil vintage pro stockers right down the road from me.One of the Sandy Elliot "Border Bandit" cars is in Windsor, and the 66 Comet sedan is owned by a guy who works at Legendary Motorcars in Milton.I think he might own the Cougar too..?

    Scott-

I registered car number 306 today, and I am pretty sure that Blue Galaxie has pre-registered... I will post it this weekend.
