Can anyone tell me what these wheels are off of? Are they a wood spoke or steel?
    Thanks! Joe

    Woody Wagon?!

  5. 12 wood spokes with 4 lugs could be a LOT of 1929-1930 car wheels. Looks like Dodge, Plymouth, Chrysler or DeSoto. What do the hubcaps say on them?

I have no idea what the caps say I just found the picture in here. Trying to find out what they are have someone wanting a set.

  7. Do you really want to do any real speed on 75 year old wood spokes?

I've a set of late 20's Dodge, and a set off of a 31/32 Dodge.
The rears require a tapered axle, both front sets I have use different sized bearings.
I think (IIRC) the tapers on the rears are the same.
Just something for your friend to think about if he's looking to adapt them to fit something they weren't intended for.

  9. Dangerous, most likely wood and not designed for today's roads. HRP

They look like 1926 Ford Model TT truck wheels.

  11. The wheels in question are more like 19" and not the 21" type on the Model T truck.

Looks to me like you’d have better luck identifying something like that on a rodent rod forum.

I can't ID the logo on the OG post but they otherwise look like the hubcap on the Dodge pics above

They look like death waiting to happen if you tried to run them on the highway.
