My son drug these out of the shed. Two of the same side rear fenders. Grandpa was into 1936 Fords. Any help would be appreciated. Gary
They are for keeping rocks and dirt from slinging everywhere when you drive... Sorry, I donno, just giving you a bump up
Because they have that raised lip around the edge they are not ‘35 or ‘36 Ford. They don’t appear to be Dodge or Plymouth either, other than that I can’t help, sorry.
Actually 35-37 panel truck Makes sense to me. quick question: what did they use for fenders under the 1/2 ton stake bodies?
Usually fenders are used to stop mud and other debree from flinging onto other objects or people. But they are more so for the aerodynamics of the vehicle.
I believe the fenders on the factory 1/2 ton stake beds had a dimple on the top of the fender for clearance for the outer bed frame member.
