First of all i hope you guys can see the measurements i have on the flanges ok.I can email them to anyone who cant make them out.I picked these up today with a bunch of other crap. The photo thats not of the headers is proof that some people will but anything and others have to much free time.It was a lamp at one time.Anyway the exhaust flange outlet diameter is 1 5/8 inch and the bolt holes for mounting to the head are 3/8 inch.I have looked through jegs and speedway catalog as well as the internet under exhaust gaskets and cant find anything that fits the bill. The collectors are 4 3/8 inches for the header dump and appear to be made from old remote oil filter canisters with a threaded tube in the center to hold caps.Clever.The other pipe coming off the back to say a conventional exhaust is 1 3/4 inch. These appear to be over the frame or wheel well style headers, possibly off an unknown straight axle car but who knows. They are even coated. They arent show quality but someone did put a bit of thought and time into them.As the pipe comes out away from the flange they step up to about 1 3/4 inch or so.
They are kind of close to the y block. I did find a photo of an Alan johnson 392 hemi nostalgia top fuel gasket but the measurements are way off. Thanks for the reply.
The fifth picture is basically the whole header, the collector is just an inch or two farther down.I can add pictures tomorrow
those arent y-block.....they look like 455 buick. i dont have one handy to measure off of so i cant be certain.
Thanks,i will look into that. There was no y-block or hemi stuff where i got these but i do remember a 455 air cleaner with the tag on it.
Finally found a good photo of some buick 455 exhaust gaskets.Looks like a perfect match.Thankyou very much.
