Did a road trip to LARS one year with Paul. Great guy and nice parts to boot.

My dad (Paul) isn't on here... I'm going to send the link to him. This has been really encouraging - thanks very much for all the kind words.
You guys have been really good to us.

Just so it's clear here in black and white, we have no affiliation with the Hoffmans or any of their subsidiaries or partners or relations, including but not limited to Helix, Welder Joe, or anything else that pops up. Early in Welder Series history (late 2000s), they ordered a large quantity of parts from us. Not too long after that, they had produced poor copies of our parts and were selling them as the Helix brand. Heck, they might still be using our photos on their website.

    I appreciate the support!

I've used Welder Series engine mounts on my last two swaps. The parts were awesome quality and the shipping was fast. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone else. Great stuff.

I need to start buying from them. I welded this transmission support up the other day and just can't figure out where I screwed up. I thought I had measured and cut everything correctly but after welding it something had obviously gone wrong. Welded Triangle.jpg

Issue was you dragged the weld, should have pushed it....

Looks like an M. C. Escher design!

This is what would have happened if Escher picked shop class instead of art class

What’s wrong is what you are smoking, not what you think you built.

In plain words you didn’t build that it’s a physical impossibility.

Paul Horton’s Welder Series has been sold!
October 1st marks the day when I (DW Horton) will officially take over the family business with the support of my wife Sarah. I'm thankful to Paul and Dorothy Horton who built the business into one worth continuing into the second generation. The third generation (Our daughter Lily) is currently working here as well, along with our other three children on and off.
Our high quality parts, excellent customer service and reputation, and attention to detail will continue. Paul will continue designing new and custom products, provide tech support, and other “semi-retired old guy jobs”, and Dorothy will continue bookkeeping. Thanks to our customers over the past 17 years. We’re looking forward to serving you the same way we always have, with the same KISS philosophy: Keep It Simple and Safe.

Good to see that a family business stays in the family. Even better to see that the next generation is involoved.
