    You mean 283/291 advertised,right?
I'm guessing the @ .050" numbers are around 235/242-ish?Should run pretty good and make a ton more torque than the last motor.
Those 347s run pretty good, like Jeff J. said!:)

That cam should work nice Gammz & DubG. Your car should leave pretty hard with you new combo's extra cubes/bigger cam/better heads/deeper gear/looser converter.
And let's not forget the most important part of that whole equation: Y'all have got a Driver that's hungry! And that guy can chop down that tree, too!(Not like Kip tried to a few years ago,l mean he cuts great lights!)
Also,James a whole bunch of us know you were running real good with that mostly stock 409 on a reasonable budget....With this new XL size 409 in there, you have a whole bunch of guys who are wondering if they shouldn't have stepped up their game a little over the winter.I can't wait to see you make some passes with the new motor!:)

And Jim,you're sure to put smiles on a whole lot of faces (and frowns on some in the other lane) with that new Cleveland power of yours.
There are gonna be a LOT of cars in those Gasser lanes that just flat out haven't got anything for ya!
You are gonna have yourself some fun with that car,and I guarantee that your Brother will be smiling the whole time.:)

  23. My header project is not nearly as complicated. It is still alot of work. I have to do two sets one for the street with baffles inside the other for the track. 20170322_173410.jpg

Yes you can... almost every gas station carries it.

  29. The gas station e85 is inconsistant place to place. Talk to guys that have fast cars that run e85. Buy a drum and some jugs. Your car will thank you. Gas station e85 isnt for racing.

Got her all buttoned up this mornin, just waiting on the heads now. Anybody got a moon tank laying around by chance? Have to get rid of the gas tank because of moving the leaf springs inside the frame rails. Me and my dad figured if we have to get rid of it might as well go full race car.....
