So time of a few updates. Got my intake back from polish and I'm stoked. Came out killer. Here it is and a pic of it and my valve covers on the motor. Still gotta paint the block/heads and finish assembly. Also I found an original set of frog mouths for my 97's.

They did a great job on that intake and that motor is going to be gnarly in that sedan!

Got the welder out too and put the frame on my lift. There was a ton of extra holes a few hair line cracks and someone had blew a big hole in the driver side for a different steering box. Also I'm running Original 32 front shocks and only had one good hole so I had to weld patches in where the back bolt was ripped out on both sides at one time.

Also some one had bobbed the rear frame horn and gas welded them back on. Had to clean them up and sure up the welds. Now all I gotta do is weld in the motor mounts and figure out trans mounts and frame is done. 11. Just curious, what are you going to do for a top? Are you going to lengthen the top wood to match the roof stretch?

Love the car. Makes me want to chop mine...

Ron. I was actually concerned about that pre talking to Henry Richards the guy who owns steadfast manufacturing. He pointed me in the right direction. When Yaril split the roof and added to it it was only like 5/8 of an inch. All I did was split the difference front to back and there was plenty of wood left to catch all the screws in the roof holes and I'm using a stock insert and original tack strip so there will be plenty of material to work with. Dave Martinez from Cali is flying in to do the insert for me. Hope this helps. I'll take some pics and post them when I get time.
