Discussion in 'The Hokey Ass Message Board' started by straykat55fordtruck, May 14, 2010.

  1. I am wanting to build a clone truck of the famous WildKat truck built by Barris wanted to know if anyone knows what sized motor he used and if anyone also has some 55 chevy pickup fenders for sale.

Hi, the truck was bought new by Morris Srabian of Fresno, a long time builder/restorer.
Morris's brother has a paint shop there, they may be listed in the phone directory.
Lots of Fresno guys on the HAMB, Morris should be easy to find.
AMT did the model of it, based on a '53. (still available on eBay and swaps) They were true-to-scale on this one, so the model would have the info.
