I think some of may have seen this a while back, but here are some different photos. It's a 1/25 scale, not a 1:1, that was inspired by Russ Conway's copper colored shoebox.

Hopefully one day I'll be hacking metal instead of plastic.

oo mack yes it is ... the hood blew open and caved the old poorly chopped roof in so we decided it was a good time to fix it and make it all better. i'm doing the garnish moldings now and then it will get new rockers, round the door corners and on to the front end. I'm going to fix the talilights also, they are just lacking something.

HOLY shit, glassguy. Very nice flow! Very nice trunk to roof balance when looking at the rear window as well. Did you throw a little extra angle into those B pillars? Or is that just where they ended up with the chop?

I can't get over that 1/25th scale grren shoebox. Unfucking believable.

let's keep the pics coming, ladies... [IMG]

This car was originally chopped by my good friend, Eric Erickson from Westminster, CA. He sold it unfinished and it needed a lot of bodywork, but it had a bitchin' paintjob with a gold basecoat and lime panels that faded into the gols. I have a few pics of the former paint job, and I'll see if I can get 'em up...
