SO, I want to redo the front end of my 30 A, since it came to me with a 4 link and a crappy I beam "that looks filled in" axle. I would like to do a drilled dropped I beam and drilled split wish bones. Where can I find good drilled axle and wishbones without spending stupid money? I'll try to get pics of my current set up posted soon. I would need to know what else I would have to change when using another axle. Also, I would still like to put a 5 speed in it. Can anyone tell me the differences between a ford and a chevy T-5? I ask cause the ford trans seem to be much easier to find. Thanks. Yeah, I know, go to the swap meets, find parts and drill drill drill... But my parts tracking/chasing time is about nonexistent.
