Get your pop corn if you wan to Billy.

Single stage is better than just base coat, more solids on it, etc. On the other hand flatened clear gets too much expensive..., at least down here.
That made me choose the paint.

I have used the single stage before but I think its to gray, I like to use black base with a flattened clear, if it needs to be really flat I over reduce the clear. personally I think the best look is Dp 90 with a litle black base mixed in, I use pledge funiture polish to keep it looking good

    Hi Dooz,

Dont have the invoice handy. The sample chip said "90'-92' BMW * 0015" I think. 0015 is a local code I guess so I dont think your gonna get it with that number.

Its a PPG DG line paint. I'll get the code for you.

Thanks all for the pics and comments !!
    Happy 2008 for everyone !!!

    Later
    Diego

Haha, we used to use the exact same SEM product on bumpers when I was a body man. It has a perfect "sheen" to it....and holds up surprisingly well....I hadn't thought about shooting a whole car in it...:)

What we used was not catalyzed, is that still the case?
