Can anyone help me identify this crazy custom Scooter, bike or auto ? Hope someone can help came out of California.

 

That thing is Freak'n Kool! I would ride the hell outta that Bad Motor $cooter!

 

I think I have seen that before but don't recall where. Maybe in a movie years ago.

Looks like a carnival ride scooter to me.
Maybe it was mechanized with gauges and go goodies later.
