Event Coverage VIVA la REVOLUTION! - 2010 HRR Pictures

Many, many thanks for posting these pictures. I am sitting here in "sunny" NH, temp 24 degrees, enjoying them and I had two thoughts. First is that this thread is the ultimate rebuttal to the poster who accused Ryan of ruining print hot rod magazines. You would never see this kind of coverage, this quickly, of these quality cars in any print magazine and certainly i wouldn't have my Sunday morning improved by having the type of access the HAMB gives us.
Secondly I was struck by the Austin city powerplant venue. The severe industrial background just works with these cars. Sort of like the black and white city films from the 40s, very industrial, a background presence that doesn't detract but adds to these great cars.

After viewing all the cool photos last night I just had to check them out again this morning to see if anything else was posted.

This is by far my favorite coverage of a show this year,,and to quote the most over used word in the thread just has to be used again,,the CALIBER of the cars is phenomenal. HRP

 

That is the best collection of cars at one place that I have ever seen...And the location was awsome!

 

larry wood out of san antonio owns the car. The car has some bonneville history, boerne stage kustoms did the work on the car to get it roadworthy, we drove it from kerrville and back and it was awesome!

 

Instead of starting yet another Revolution thread, thought I would just add my photos here. Great show, even better that it was in my home town! Awesome setting and I must admit I took more photos of the building than I did of the cars...

was there for a wedding--went walking saturday morning and stumbled into the show--had a few hours to kill it was great--brought home a very unexpected t-shirt and a Continental club sticker--thanks Steve
