I have more pics of it on the track from different angles if it helps.
Nice work Dan!
If you are on Flickr....
I created a Flickr Group for Torquefest...
I would consider it an honor if you would join and add any shots from the show from any year. The group has no size limit please add as many pictures as you would like.
hotrodpodo: Good shots......
Thanks Greg! I posted a few on there in the group.
cool! please do...
Here's one with a little more of a frontal view Larry... Wow that almost sounds dirty!!!
Great photos! I appreciate them. As a vendor inside the building, I never get to go outside and check out the action.
^^^Thanks Todd! Here's a few more...
excellent...one more thing...you got any more pics of this roadster?...or know who owns it?
Bonus for Larry for both! The roadster is a project from Cedar Creek hot rod shop in Iowa. Looked like a Brookville body. Going to be a neat car when its done.Didn't get a chance to talk to them, my son was mid melt down so it wasn't a good time.
Nice pics. Looks like I missed another good show. Dangit!
Love those longroofs. Nice shots!
Thanksabunch!...anyone know who owns that roadster?
that looks like a great time. nice cars too. thanks for posting!
3wLarry: Shannon Rowland from Cedar Rapids is building it. He's very meticulous with his builds and always turns out some great cars. Master of None is correct, it's a Brookville body. He bought it as a roller from a guy in Chicago who basically had the chassis tack welded together and either realized he was in over his head with the work involved or he just needed to sell it for financial reasons. Shannon said he re-did the whole chassis because a lot of shit was crooked. Looks like it's gonna be a killer roadster when it's done. I love the pristine 54 Olds steering wheel he has in it.
Thanks for the pics. I missed a lot of cars there this weekend. Man there were a lot of kool rides there this year.
Scrounged up a few more worth sharing...
