That is the car Gene Webber restored, where is it now? It was on the cover of the Hershey program, I'll find my copy and post it. Bob

Thunderbird written on the side and the rockers seem tell us that…that car is gorgeous: the look, style, and paint are what memories of the golden age of sprint and champ cars were for me…

Love it, especially the wheel / tire combination. Will you share what brand and size of tires you are running? Thank you.

Thank you. I will search to see if those tires are available on my planet.

  7. I'm ran 5.50 and 6.00 x 16 Blockleys on my old hillclimb T modified.
I have them in a 19" on my T Coupe and they were brilliant driving home in the heavy rain at around 55-65...

Hi Josh, Did this car get finished? I would love to see pics of it.
My build drags on. I still hope to meet up with you to get it lettered. Maybe when it goes to Dayton for a set of wires.

I see the steering wheel is offset to the left. At first I wondered if that was just to get the cowl steering box to package. Then I started to think maybe it was placed that way intentionally to make it more comfortable for the driver to lean left in turns?

Done anywhere else? (I wish I'd thought of that.)

Thanks Keith! That is a photo I've never seen, never knew the Catfish raced that far from the East Coast.

Naw, they only did that so they would not have to worry about dying of old age.
