Vintage Speed Customer service?

I've been dealing with Charlie for years and have 0 complaints. He calls if not sure of a order of mine..

im going to give him a try. he seems to be the only one selling over sise plugs for those things(97's). unless i find some other source that the only way out for me. any one ?
