Sorry for the poor quality upload, but this one, owned by Doug Rath, is street registered (historic restricted) and was running in street sprints (Leyburn - Queensland) in 2010.

No, that locomotive places it pretty much during or after World War II
They do this every summer out near me. They have a Steam tractor show in Clarksville, MI where they bring out the old steam and gas tractors and use them like back in the day. Very interesting and the sounds and smells cannot be described, awsome.
