I really like this photo postcard of Oatman in the hay day of RT 66...sorry but I had to work on it a little and make some of that yeller go away
I still can't get my head around this photo. WWII scrap I am sure, can you imagine if this stuff was around today

It is just a guess, but isn't this a narrow gauge track? Was there any other place, other than the Whitepass and Yukon, in North America that used narrow gauge track?
The original photo made me so curious that I looked up Oatman. The reason I did, was that I went through there in 1971, and never stopped. Now I regret it, because it has an interesting history.
