Looks a lot like mine. LaDawri body I would guess.
Many of the terrible things that were done to the Topper car. The worst had yet to come at the time of this photo.
A friend of mine had a Ladawri in the early 70's, it didn't look anything like that.
They weren't all the same, you know. I just told you it looks like mine and mine was a LaDawri and this was in the late '60's. If your friends didn't look like that, what is your point?
Scrap tire and rubber effort WWII in Bethesda Md.
Was you show a photo of a T bucket and a Ladawri is a sports type car, Corvette(ish).
Maybe I missed something.
Denny, look what I found, La Dawri made T bodies from 1961-65
I'll be damned!
Nobody wanted them. Chevy's and Ford's doors and windows would rattle. You couldn't roll up the windows or keep the doors closed on mopars.
A quart or 2 of oil with every fill up wasn't uncommon for any of them either.
By todays standards in 1963 a ten year old or older car was pretty much junk
I know because I've owned a few of them in my youth, but I wish I still had every one of them
