What is this building ?,,does it still exist?,,,obviously in Cleveland,,,

 

My family lived in Hawaii when this happened and we had to evacuate to higher ground in case of a tsunami resulting from the earthquake in Alaska.

 

This reminds me of my brother's Camaro in high school , he's two years younger than me, when ever he would open the trunk all you could see was "empty" R&R whiskey bottle's....he was the wild child of the family.... I was the carburetor head.... actually I didn't have any booze till I was around 23 years old ....late bloomer..

Being warships (destroyers) it's possible that they are lined up for a fleet review, in which case sister ships would be grouped together, fairly close to one another. But not so close as it might appear: there seem to be three rows, though not so easy to tell at that distance.

 

Looks like the "storage yard" in , I believe, Grizzly Bay, off Martinez- Benicia California.
