    The Late John Ohlsen from Onehunga, Auckland built this Hot Rod in the 1950's.

    The Wellington to Picton Ferry between North and South Islands
    A group of racers being driven towed off with 1 tow vehicle

    The probably all had Tow Vehicles waiting in Picton, and left theirs behind in Wellington [this saved on ferry costs]

    That M6 McLaren is driven by Lothar Motschenbacher. A west coast racer that used McLaren customer cars [quite successfully]

    This was a Morris Minor Low Light body, with a 1955 Ferrari 555 Super Squalo Grand Prix Chassis underneath and powered by a 327 Corvette engine
