Charlie Boucher's "Bad News" C/A Ford PU, this car is all restored by Roger Charbonneau and goes to the Dover Nostalgia drags. It still resides in CT. We ran them many times back in the day.

I was at a pick and pull today and it’s full of late model trash. Plastic cars and commuter garbage. No vintage iron in sight. It’s a damn shame.

Same around here last time I looked.....

 

We still use that type of spin balancer in our hot rod group. Works as good as any computer balancer !

 

I think you're right.

 

Let's face it, were at the beginning of the end as far as good pickin at the swapmeets. An older hot rodder always comes to my table where I vend at a swapmeet, looks at what I have for sale and always asks where's all the good stuff. I always reply it's hanging on the wall in your garage!
